Late 19th to early 20th century set that would have been considered a fashionable necessity in a gentleman’s office. Believed to be French; however, was purchased from a dealer who lived on the French Belgian border, so it might have originated in Belgium. This unique set would be a perfect addition to any desk or a great gift for a dog lover.
