Description: This is a lovely old hand blown pitcher with a blue and white handprinted design. Look at the stunning fluting … more This is a lovely old hand blown pitcher with a blue and white handprinted design. Look at the stunning fluting around the top. You can see the bubbles and other imperfections of the hand blown glass. The painted band is a lovely cornflower blue and there are white small flowers and accents painted as well. The body is fluted/ridged as you can see I think by the shadows. This is a beautiful old piece that looks timeless and contemporary. This is known as bohemia glass I believe and thus was likely made in Europe? The opening or "mouth" of the pitcher is about 4" wide and the fluting at the top is about 5 1/2" wide. The width of the body is about 5". The measurement below reflects from spout to handle. less
