This striking piece depicts a woman with big blonde hair curled and pinned to the side. She wears blue eye makeup, a bright lip and blush, and a beauty mark. Her pink sleeveless dress has a v neckline, and is accented by a set of pearls around her neck. The background is a very deep red or orange.

Signed in verso and ready for framing.

About the artist:
This piece is by the late Oklahoma artist and retired Air Force man Clair Seglem. Seglem painted into his 1990s before passing at his Oklahoma residence. He was known for his striking portraits and still life paintings.
