It is from an illustrated collection of designs for home furnighings and home decor featuring textiles, ceramics, table service, decoratives arts, etc. Came from an unbound 1900 album, Documents d'Art Decoratif that was printed in Brussels. The designs exemplify the organic floral forms typical of Art Nouveau. This design features service pieces in metalwork and glass set against textile desings. The designs are ornamental and beautifully unique. Done in warm color tones. Note there is a shimmer in both the gold and silver colors which comes from rare metallic ink used uniquely in this period. WONDERFUL color! Wonderful condition.
