H.N. 1843 "Biddy" Penny Farthing Balloon Figure. Designer: L. Harradine. 9" in height. Various Vibrant colors of lady carrying a bunch of colored balloons. She is wearing a pink blouse with a delicate hand-painted pattern, simple white skirt and apron, a black scarf around her neck, and a black shawl with pink fringe draped over her shoulders and a floral hat. She has a bunch of multicolored balloons, and a basket of yellow flowers on her left arm possibly for sale, and a bunch of flowers in her right hand. This piece was produced in England Excellent Condition. No chips or cracks less
