- A set of six mid 19th century Swedish dining chairs in the classic oval back Gustavian style with bold carved … more A set of six mid 19th century Swedish dining chairs in the classic oval back Gustavian style with bold carved rose crest rails consisting of two arm and four side chairs. They have a mellow, old, probably not original, white finish and vintage linen slip seats which are in very good but not pristine condition with a minor water mark on one seat, see photo. There is minor foot restoration to some chairs. Seat height is 18.5". Dims below are for armchairs. Side chair dimensions are 36.5" H x 18.5" W x 16" D. They were found near Helsingborg. less
