The original art was studied from life- the vase of flowers looked beautiful and I wanted to capture the rose in its fleeting state, the last moments before the flower falls from the stem. My work is inspired by nature, my everyday surroundings, and a collection of old photographs. I show in galleries and exhibitions in addition to selling directly from my studio.
