It features a beautiful young woman smiling at her viewer as she peaks out from the veiling lace. She is adorned by the same lace wrap on her shoulder. Note the detailing in both the lacework and in the ribbonning of her dress. They capture the sensuous softness of feminity. The soft color hues of her dress further lend a wonderful quality to the image. Illustrated and signed by Leo Fontan. Fontan was an acclaimed artist who participated in the 1925 l’Exposition des Arts Décoratifs in Paris which ushered in the Art Deco movement. This lithograph would work well in a bathroom, dressing room or bedroom. Excellent, clean condition. 6.75 x 9 inches. Comes matted in a neutral tone 16 x 20 custom mat ready for a standard size frame. See less
