A magnificent rare First Edition vintage gold leaf offset lithograph "Princess Voyaging in a Palanquin Carried by Two Camels" after 18th century Indian painting. Comes from a rare first limited edition art folio published by Les Editions du Chene in Paris, France in 1950. Printed on one side. Mounted on a board of heavy paper. Gold-leafed and very detailed. Superb quality. Colors are brilliant. Excellent condition - very minor age wear on edges of the board, never framed.

Image 9.05"W x 12.90"H - a little bit bigger than the original artwork.
The original 18th century Indian painting "Princess Voyaging in a Palanquin Carried by Two Camels" is 8.5"W 12.80"H, and it is located in Cabinet Des Estampes, Reserve OD44, Biblioheque Nationale, Paris.
