Orginally they were used to weight down maniquins in store windows. Shoes were made in different styles and sizes. This pair is marked 10 on the side. The shoes weigh in each just under 5 pounds. . The measure appx 6" tall x 7" long x 3" width. The company closed in 1901 and so these would date prior to that date. See less
