Artist: Jason Munn
Jason Munn is a talented contemporary artist born in Wisconsin and currently living in California. Jason originally worked with independent musicians and small local venues under the pseudonym The Small Stakes, but has, since 2010 worked under his own name to create concert and tour posters for a variety of artists. He has also worked with various companies as well as with the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco.
His work has been recognized with many solo exhibitions (and we are hoping to produce one at L'Affichiste is the not-too-distant future!) as well as in multiple publications. In 2005, he received the Young Gun Award from the Directors Club, and a selection of his posters are part of the collections at the Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco, the Art Museum of Denver and the San Francisco Public Library. less
