Here is a very special set designed by Dorothy Thorpe in the 1950's. The frosted cast resin pieces are shaped in a double layer sunflower. The set includes one large serving bowl, and 6 smaller bowls that range in pastel, frosted colors of blue and pink. The frosted resin changes shades with the lighting. The large bowl has smooth center, while the smaller bowls have a raised "sunflower" pattern. The set is in very good vintage condition with no major issues. There are two small "marks" on the larger bowl as shown in the photo. Great for a party centerpiece, or on display.
