Hand-crafted from fine French walnut, large posts were used to craft the gracefully scrolled cabriole legs, with thick aprons featuring carving directly into the apron, not applied like modern furniture. Stylized shell and foliate motifs dominate the embellishment, with escargot tips on the feet for a classically French touch!
