This stunning gilt metal sunburst ceiling fixture from 1950s Spain features eighteen stylized feathered rays that radiate from its core. Each ray is masterfully joined at the base by a single braid, further accentuated by an eye-catching tetrafoil detail that adds an extra layer of sophistication. The hand-applied finish boasts a rich gold patina over a darker undercoat, evoking a sense of opulence and timeless elegance. Recently wired to accommodate two candelabra socket light bulbs, this 1950s Spanish fixture is sold with a matching canopy and chain, ensuring seamless integration into your home's decor. While the wiring is new, it is not UL Code compliant. The fixture is in very good vintage condition and measures 20 inches in diameter and 4 inches in height, not including any chain, with the canopy spanning 5 inches in diameter and 1 inch in height, and the glass is 8.5 inches in diameter. This Spanish flush mount ceiling fixture is a true testament to the beauty of its era.
