Absolutely exceptional antique Victorian era figural bulldog paper clip / desk paper binder! It was produced in the early 1900's by Judd Mfg. and I believe it is actually a brass over cast iron, but could be elements of brass as well.
EXCELLENT condition as you can see! This is an amazing find in this condition and a great functional desk accessory!
It measures 2" wide, 2 3/4" long and 1" tall. less
