This cut stone villa design is drawn by leading gravurist E. Gillet and features rich colors, textural surfaces, and charming landscapes. The architectural lithograph shows decorative period details of stone, metalwork and woodwork, as well as soft colored ornamental landscapes. It is complete with floor plans and construction details. The original album contained prize winning designs by noted architects from the universal exposition of 1889 (silver prize) and 1900 (bronze prize). A+ condition.
