This is a Absolutely Beautiful Antique Continental Coin Silver Pie - Cake - Pastry Serving Knife. Made in Holland. It is done in the Class Dutch Windmill & Scenic Harbor Style. Circa mid 1900s. It has an Assortment of Dutch - Netherlands Silver Hallmarks that include the a 2nd Standard - Lion Passant that denotes the Minimum of 833 Grade Silver Content and a "G" Date Letter that Indicates that it was Made in 1916 - These Can Best Be Seen in the 11th & 12th Photographs in this Listing. This is a very good quality - well made piece. .
It has a Substantial Solid Silver Weight of 2.752 Troy Ounces.
It is in Very Good Condition - No Damage - Light Tarnish.
It measures 10 3/4 inches Long x 2 7/8 inches Wide at Blade / 2 inches Wide at Windmill - Handle.
Most of the Continental European Silver Makers used and still do use Various Grades of Coin Silver - Typically 800, 825, 830, 833, 835, 875 & 900 Grades.
