A stylish and extremely well made pair of Danish vintage teak armchairs by Ole Wanscher. They are model FD109 chairs made by France Son, they date from the 1960’s.
The solid teak frames are beautifully sculpted, they look amazing from all angles. They retain the original sprung cushions, and they are very comfortable to relax in. The original France and Son badges are seen on each chair.
They are in excellent condition, the frames have been stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The cushions are upholstered in a stunning blue fabric which is also in superb condition, with just some extremely minor wear here and there. There are a couple of tiny and faint marks, the cushions are covered on both sides, so they can easily be placed with the marks out of sight.
