These extremely rare Eero Saarinen Side Chairs come from a very early production in the late 1940s and represent an important piece of design history.

They combine minimalist, organic design with high-quality craftsmanship and are among the legendary designer's most sought-after designs.

The shaped backrest made of birch plywood gives the chair an elegant, curved shape and offers comfortable ergonomic support. The warm, dark wood look harmonizes perfectly with the original seat cushion, which is covered with vinyl and creates an attractive contrast thanks to its subtle coloring. The seat is lightly padded, which further increases comfort.

The base frame is made of steel and is characterized by its slim, slightly flared legs. Particularly noteworthy is the detailed work on the welded feet, which ensure stability and round off the delicate appearance.

The plywood of the backrest is intact, with only minimal signs of wear, which underlines the authenticity of the chair. The backrest of one chair is slightly torn below the seat. The vinyl on the seat is in very good condition.
