A Belgium made vase by Val Saint Lambert and is signed on the bottom. Also two extra signatures by Leon Vallet and Rene Delvenne (probably designer, maker for Val Saint Lambert) Ibex is the name given to a number of related species of goats with large, backward-curving horns with ridges on them. These ridges or rings indicate the age of the male ibex. The female has small horns, but the male has horns that grow each year The measurement is 24 cm high, 13 cm wide and 8 cm deep.
