A stunning massive bright orange vintage glass candle holder or small vase from the Selena series, made by the talented Göte Augustsson for Ruda Glasbruk, Sweden. This is a very special piece with a bold design. It has a very bright orange base which fades into a yellow top, the colors are very intensive and the surface of the vase and slightly uneven surface, it looks like melted glass. His art was always simple and sleek, with a brutal art twist. It gives the most fantastic bright orange light as light shines through the vase and will be a statement piece on its own.
It is 10,5cm (4.17") high and around 8.5cm (3.34") in diameter and in a very good condition. Note that this vase is rather heavy, 950g (1.98 lbs).
