These single-candle brass girandoles have 8 prisms per piece and marble bases. They were titled Bears and Bees and available for purchase originally in the 1856 Starr, Fellows & Co (New York) Catalog. See less

- While they still look pretty great for over 160 years old, there is some normal wear and tear that goes … moreWhile they still look pretty great for over 160 years old, there is some normal wear and tear that goes along with age. There is a small knick in the brass on the front of one that shows a tidbit of the mounting screw. The marble has some pitting and small chips (please see the photos) but nothing large or distracting, again standard wear and tear for as many hands as have held these in 160 years. Crystals are all intact, one is new, the rest have been on the piece for at least the last 40 years. The brass does shine up quite well, but I prefer a bit of a patina, as shown in the photos. less
