A vintage marble and chrome meat holder for carving roasts, whole hams and prosciutto. White marble platform holds a raised scissor like chrome mechanism. When you squeeze the handles together, the serrated bar releases to open the actual holder. Three spikes on each side holds the meat in place. Hallmarked “H France C, INOX”. Measures 22 ½” x 8” and 7” high.
Good condition, no marks or damage. Slight age pitting on chrome portion see photos.
