The aluminum frame has minor pitting and little rust. The wood frame is aged perfectly. The plaid vinyl material shows weather, but does not need repaired or replaced, it is very sturdy and the colors have not faded. There is some slight staining on the fabric. I thoroughly cleaned this piece. Note: there is a missing cap, see picture #6. Please feel free to ask me questions.
