Own owner since purchasing it in June 2019 from 110 Bungalow in Eugene, Oregon for over $3000. Cat-free home. Ivory/natural color fabric. Has some light staining throughout, some signs of wear, and small dog hairs. No tears or rips. Professional deep cleaning could probably restore the fabric back to an excellent condition. I would recommend reupholstering. Frame is otherwise in excellent condition for an eight way hand tie sofa. Wood legs are maple in a weathered finish.
Priced to get this sold ASAP. Will be donated to a good cause if still available by Tuesday, April 8th.
