Bronze sculpture, lost wax casting technique, representing the character from Molière's comedy "Dr Diafoirus" (name engraved on the base), who holds a large enema in his hands with the writing "dignus intrare". Used as a car mascot in the 1920s to advertise the Ricin Oil company. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
