It was used for a year in our home before we moved and has been in storage for almost 6 months. It is in excellent condition. There are no scratches or chipping. There are a few barely perceptible demarcations from pressure through a tablecloth. I believe they can be buffed out with no refinishing. If not buffed out you will probably not even notice them at all without looking closely. less
