It is in perfect condition, and was just cleaned with a professional fabric vacuum. The legs are made from pine and oak veneer. Dimensions are as follows: 78 inches wide x 40 inches deep x 26 inches tall (measured at the the highest point of the side arms). We loved having this piece in our living room, and especially liked that you could face either way when sitting on it. The neutral coffee color goes with everything, but still has a richness to it. Hoping to see this lovely item go to a home that will appreciate the craftsmanship and design! See less
