In original condition with the manufacturer's label. Beautiful details adorn the solid wroth iron base in the curve of the legs with a floral and leaf relief, the wheels (please notice all the interesting things in the photos). The top tilt is controlled and tightened with the two screws under the top (see photo #5). The handle in picture #10 can adjust the height of the table top. The base is 12x21.5. The table in the vertical position is 40" tall but can go lower any height. The wood is stained a dark walnut. less
