She is fascinated with the cycle of life in the plant world: growth, decay and rebirth. Spring Forward is part of her ongoing series titled "My Back Yard," which celebrates California's verdant plant communities. This acrylic painting is on gallery wrapped canvas. It is initialed on the front and signed on the back, and has a UV protective varnish. It is in a black wood floater frame with a narrow gold front edge, which is wired and ready to hang.
