Pair of Empire Three-Flame Candelabra in Gilded Bronze from 1800 in good condition regardless of the minimal gilding on the … Read more Pair of Empire Three-Flame Candelabra in Gilded Bronze from 1800 in good condition regardless of the minimal gilding on the foil stem (this surface is subject to the handle and therefore to greater wear) and on the base. The gilding is enhanced by the contrast between the opaque parts in the background and those polished with agate stone on the reliefs of the decoration in order to give greater depth. The stanchions have not been electrified in the past and are therefore without the resulting holes. They are of Italian manufacture and date back to the first half of the 19th century. See less
