The top tray comes off so you can use the underside if you need smaller space to work with. Has sticker that says "made in Hong Kong". Overall in good condition. Nice a sturdy. There is some breaks in the wicker on the elephants right side. The tusks do move freely back and forth although I believe this is how it was made and not meant to be any sort of defect. The top of the tray does appear to have some melted wax embedded in the wicker. See less
