Has the hole for hanging. Looks like tree bark texture in the glass on the outside. Came from a giant Chandelier long ago. Have been boxed up for 20 years. Lots more available for big projects I can supply 400 pieces still in storage if needed. (Maybe 20 shades there). A lot for packing (Glass ) for safe shipping . A quote can be given at time of sale with your Zip code . As for the spring clips . I had them custom made for $1.00 each extra cost .A lot of work and materials to pack and ship !. less
