These were Typically Used in Barns & Stables. It is Completely Hand Made - Hand Carved out of 1 Solid Piece of Indigenous Hardwood. It has wonderful color & patina. This would make a perfect addition to your country decor. Circa Mid to Late 1800s. Made in the New England Region USA. I purchased this piece in the Down East Coastal Maine Region.
It measures 30 1/2 Long. The Scoop is 10 1/2 inches Wide and the Handle is 4 3/4 inches Wide. it is 3 1/2 inches Tall.
