Rogers Silversmith Company, silver-plate double wagon wheel wine caddy holder, and/or condiment server. One need only have a liner for the interior for this use, as sometimes this item comes with or without, depending upon its intended nature and use. A wonderful piece of silver for any type of dinner occasion, filled with whimsy. WE have seen this very same type of server/holder either in single format and this seen herein in the double wagon wheel, one only need left the handle to move to and fro. Maker's marks on the underside, as seen in last image depicted. We took the liberty to polish the patina of the silver while leaving some, but may be polished better, or left alone, to each his/hers own desirability. In great condition.
