- This is an absolutely amazing 1920s 30s art deco oil on board painting. It was bought in the 1980’s at … more This is an absolutely amazing 1920s 30s art deco oil on board painting. It was bought in the 1980’s at the Fiere di Parma in Paris and brought over by a private collector. We are so lucky to have had the chance to get this wonderful piece! The scene features what looks like Julius Cesar and a scholar along with some Roman soldiers but I could be wrong. All I know is it is absolutely beautiful and at a grand 12 feet wide it will be nice over a grand fireplace or fill a nice long area on the wall. less
