From the forest of South America come this vivid pair of blue and yellow macaws. These macaws typically mate for life hence the title " Forever and a Day".
All parrot lovers will appreciate the incredible details of the claws, feathers and faces of these macaws. The large dynamic tropical leaves and gorgeous red cacao pods make for a perfect perch for this pair of large birds. The hand painted lines and details of this piece are inspired by the Chinoiserie style but the bright cheerful color palette and layered watercolor look give it a more contemporary take.
