The chair is probably from around 1760, it can also be from the 19th century and the origin is probably from Reinland Germany

The cushion has a spring core cushion
The seat quality is very good
The upholstery cover is in good condition with few signs of wear
The frame surface is in good condition for its age.
The frame is solid and the corners have already been reinforced during an older restoration. The type of wood is stained beech or walnut
