This is a beautifully hand-crafted wood chess board with walnut and maple squares. The board connects to a very unique bent wood table made of oak and walnut. The board can be easily removed from the table with unique wood screws that you loosen and tighten by hand. The artist/craftsman signed the piece on the underside of the table, David Levy, Davis, CA. A new version of this table sells for $800. This is a high quality and very unique looking piece. Does not include game pieces.
