This stunning vase realized by Baccarat- one of France's most illustrious producers of glass products- circa 1970. Baccarat represented the official glass maker for Louis XV and continues to make some of the finest hand blown glass in the world. This piece is a testament to their superlative craftsmanship and timeless aesthetic. It features an ovoidal top cut an angle and three rounded sides. While its form is austere, it is anything but simple. It has been crafted to refract light in an extremely compelling way- like a perfectly cut diamond- creating a wealth of interesting geometries within.
