The spaghetti globe lamp, made popular during the Eames era, is made of spun clear lucite, and is interspersed with chunky red rectangular pieces that give this hanging lamp a fun shot of color whether the light is on or off.
The lamp is complete with the original 11 ft. chain and fixture. The new clear lamp cord is about 20ft long with a white plug and an in-line roller switch.
The darkened brass-plated steel chain and hardware show the patina of age, and upon careful inspection, one can find some areas where a few lucite strands have broken away. This is not overly noticeable due to the nature of the spaghetti pattern, which displays beautifully for its vintage.
The globe measures 12" in diameter.
