(Black and White)
This Modern, Mid Century, Bauhaus Fine Art Print was created by artist, designer and art educator Liz Roache. Liz originally created this piece in cut paper during a course she teaches called Bauhaus: Two Dimensional Design. One of the principles of The Bauhaus was to challenge students to turn something very simple into something else altogether, therefor bringing out its potential. Here is one square Liz cut only once to turn it into a new and dynamic form. The top black cabochon shape sits in the perfect spot at the top of a thin, hand cut, open square.
This Bauhaus study created by Liz is one in a series of ten she has created for our collection. They are wonderful on their own as single pieces, in pairs or in larger sets.
We use the finest archival pigments on archival paper for magnificent color saturation. Our prints are shipped unframed and are offered in eleven sizes ranging from 16" x 20" to 60" x 72". Each one is hand signed by Liz Roache.
