Vintage French Limoges Style Porcelain Portrait Lamp w/Lion Head Base
Exquisite tall vintage French Limoges style porcelain handled urn lamp that features a courting couple in pinks and green bordered with pink roses. Lamp is a very page gray with the image on both sides of the lamp and miniatures of the image around the base along with floral sprays. This is adorned throughout with hand painted gold and the urn rests on a reticulated gilt metal base that has Lion heads on the corner. Dates to the mid century era. This has one old repair and chip on one handle, chip is darkened and hard to see, repair was done well and also hard to see, please see close up of handle. Lamp measures 36" high and 9.5" wide.
