The tureen's feet are formed as dolphin fish--note the extraordinary marine detail in the photo--and the inside of the tureen is formed as the inside of a shell.

In excellent vintage condition--no chips or cracks, beautifully glossy finish.

The Giraud company began making porcelain early in the 1920s. This piece was made in the 1970s, with an original price of approximately $2400: wonderfully over-the-top 1970s design! See less
