A pair of oval-back rosewood armchairs on tapering legs ending in spade feet. Now with new tie-in, silk-covered cushions atop the caned seats. Nice shape to the arms and arm supports. Seat height without cushion: 17". Seat height with the cushion: 20.5". Several repairs, but now in stable and usable condition. English, circa 1830.
