This beautiful Nagahibachi, originating from the 1920s, was originally designed as a heating piece of furniture.
The metal insert was filled with charcoal, which was used to heat rooms and served as a central gathering spot in traditional Japanese homes.
Dimensions: Height 28 cm, width 70 cm, depth 38 cm.
This traditional hibachi features two small convenient drawers and wooden handles on both sides.
The piece is in lovely weathered condition, with a warm, historic appearance.
