This is an authentic men's wrist watch from Vacheron Constantin, the case and band is crafted from 18k yellow gold, long octagonal shape case. Hand winding with white metalic dial, black and gold tone hands and hour markers. The dial is hallmarked by the Vacheron Constantin Geneve Swiss. The solid 18k yellow gold band is attached to the watch and it secures with a hook in snap shut clasp. The back of the case is stamped: 534311 P
