This beautiful antique mermaid style brooch is crafted from 18k yellow gold featuring a hook in safety pink and dangling below the pin is a 3 rows circle frame with turquoise, rose cut diamonds, turquoise and a larger single rose cut diamond in the center. The bail is also decorated with rose cut diamond and turquoise. The back of the pendant is hallowed with a glass case cover which show the inside of the pendant and it has a gold dome shape bezel with lovely floral etching around the entire bezel.
