The two different types of wood finishes make a nice contrast on this fantastic Ming style convertible game table by Lane Furniture. The bottom portion and legs are in the classic Chinoiserie style in an ebonized wood finish and the table top is a honey colored hue in oak wood fashioned to show off the grain. Hinged doors on the top open to reveal a game table with backgammon board (game pieces not included). Top closes to make a sleek console table.
Good vintage condition with some scratches/scuffs consistent with age and use. Makers mark on base of table.
