Fluted carving along the canted sides and tapered fluted feet, two brass pulls on each drawer. Key works in uppermost lock.
The (newer) professionally applied black painted finish is lightly distressed to fit the age and grace of the oak chest.
Restored, the drawers function and the case is sturdy - ready to be used and enjoyed as a chest, nightstand or even side table.
All scratches, cracks, nicks, etc. are commensurate with age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this lovely small chest of three drawers.
